Brass -CuZn-

Yellow brass, an alloy of copper and zinc, is a malleable metal that can be made and mixed quite easily despite its relative fragility, yet it is the most widely used copper alloy. Yellow brass has been used by Moroccan craftsmen since ancient times, based on a high quality raw material free from impurities. The copper sold by our company meets international standards in terms of dimensional stability, alloy quality and metal hardness level.

Copper - C-

Red copper is the only natural metal other than gold that has a distinctive color. Copper, like gold and silver, is an excellent conductor of heat and electricity. It is also very flexible and spreadable. Copper is also corrosion resistant (it does not rust easily). Copper is soft but hard. It mixes easily with other metals to form alloys such as bronze and brass. Bronze is an alloy of tin and copper, and brass is an alloy of zinc and copper. Both copper and brass can be easily recycled.

Nickel Silver CuZnN-

Nickel-silver is an alloy of copper (45-70%), nickel (5-30%) and zinc (8-45%). In some cases, it may also contain lead, iron, manganese, or tin. Because of its nickel content, nickel silver is harder and stronger than pure copper or yellow brass. Nickel silver can be work hardened (by forging and milling) at temperatures below 500 ° C. The material is also known as German silver

Crucibles

We offer crucibles made from premium raw materials, innovative technology and over 100 years of crucible manufacturing experience.
Our German quality crucibles are produced by the isostatic pressing method, the most modern forming and manufacturing process known in the refractory industry.
The advantages of using our crucibles assure you in particular:

  • 1.Energy saving through rapid heating

  • 2.Constant thermal conductivity

  • 3.Very high resistance to chemical attack

  • 4. Little formation of slag deposits
